Payment and Shipping:

  • Our PREFERRED methods of payment are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Paypal. All Credit Card and Paypal customers MUST have a confirmed billing address. We also accept personal checks (US only), money orders or cashier's checks. If paying through the mail, payment is due within 10 days or your order will be cancelled. If you do not have a paypal account, you may sign up for one at www.paypal.com.
  • Items will not be shipped until payment is received and processed. You will receive email confirmation of payment received and date of shipment. We ship twice a week (usually Tuesday & Friday). If your payment is received on a shipping day, your item will be shipped out the next scheduled shipping day.
  • Items are subject to availability (stock on hand). We will email you if there are any delays in shipping due to the possibility of an item being out of stock.

Damaged/Defective Product:

  • Our items are all brand new, in manfacturer packaging. Occasionally, we do get defective items from the manufacturer and will gladly exchange items that are received defective. Variations in color can occur depending upon your monitor settings. When in question, go with the description. If item received is defective, it can be returned to us within 14 days for replacement ONLY (21 days for non-US addresses). Customers MUST email us to let us know the item is being returned for a replacement.

  • If your item is damaged in shipping, the Post Office will refund your money ONLY if you have purchased insurance. Insurance is optional and the cost is based on the retail value of your purchase (shipping is not included in insurance). If you have not purchased insurance, we are not responsible for product damaged in shipping.

    Overseas packages include insurance up to $75 depending on the value of items included.
    Extra insurance can be purchased if the value is over $75.

    If you want to add insurance, please email us so we can send you an invoice that includes insurance for your package based on value.

  • Please make sure items fit according to measurements given on sizing charts as WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

Privacy Policy :

  • NO customer information or email addresses gathered on this site will be sold, traded or given away to any company or individual.
  • We ONLY use an SSL secure server to collect all credit card details and customer information.

What Shipping Services do you use?

We ship using the US Post Office (USPS). Our regular service is Priority Mail and International Priority Mail.
We can also use Express Mail and Express Mail International for an additional cost on request. Insurance is optional.
If you want insurance, please email us so we can send you an invoice that includes insurance for your
package based on value of product.

Do you write "GIFT" on packages?

We do not write "GIFT" on packages as it is illegal and punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees (if any) incurred by their home country for overseas purchases.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship 2 times a week (usually Tuesday and Friday) from Las Vegas, Nevada.
If your payment is received on a shipping day, it will be sent out on the next shipping day
(unless it is paid for before 10am Pacific Standard Time).

US Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)
US Express Mail (1-2 Days Based on your zip code)

Priority International Mail (6-10 Business Days*)
Express Mail International (5 Business Days*)
Global Express Guaranteed (2-3 Days*)

*Although rare, Customs may hold your package without notice for as long as 4 weeks.
If they should hold your package, there is nothing that you, us or either of our
Post Offices can do until the package is released.
Customs Fees / Import Duties
are not a part of shipping fees.

There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which you may have to pay. 
The amount depends on the value of the merchandise being imported. These charges are in addition to the
shipping costs we quote you. Retroscope Fashions is not responsible for these charges.

You are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country.
They are not a part of shipping charges!


When can I expect a Tracking Number?

Tracking numbers are sent automatically through the www.usps.com website as soon as we print the labels on shipping days.
If you do not receive one by the end of a scheduled shipping day, please check your SPAM filter.


How Can I add Insurance to my package?

Insurance is based on price, so please send us an email with the items you would like to purchase.
If you'd like to pay with credit card, we would need ONLY the following information to send you an invoice that
you can pay securely online:

  • Your name as shown on your card
  • Your credit card billing address
  • Your shipping address (if different)

If you would prefer to pay by Paypal, then we would just need the email address you use for Paypal to send
an invoice directly through them.


How can I have something sent via Express Mail?

Express Mail is based on weight, so please send us an email with the items you would like to purchase.
If you'd like to pay with credit card, we would need ONLY the following information to send you an invoice that
